A Port St. Lucie man who has worked for years as a support coordinator for mentally retarded adults was arrested Wednesday on allegations of sexual misconduct with a client.

Jose Garcia, 56, worked for Indian River Coordinators, which contracted with the Florida Department of Children and Families. Garcia's job, as investigators described it, was to help mentally retarded adults get and keep jobs.
